As an adjunct professor and professional instructor, Frank has taught project management and PMP exam preparation to graduate students and working professionals. His teaching combines structured PMP preparation with practical application, emphasizing conceptual understanding, situational judgment, and lessons drawn from decades of real-world project leadership.
